Frequently asked questions
+ How do I pay my bill?
You can click the 'Pay Invoice' button on your invoice or client hub , which will prompt you to enter the credit card information to complete the payment, and will also provide the option to save the credit card on file for future use. This way, you won't need to re-enter the card details again.
If you prefer to pay by check, make your check payable to Classic Pools & Spas and mail to the mailing address on our website. Please add the invoice number to the check.
+ What is included in the Monthly Pool Service Fee?
Regular Pool Maintenance includes chemical balancing, debris removal, vacuuming as needed, wall and tile brushing, emptying pump and skimmer baskets, and checking the equipment to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
+ Do you install products purchased from 3rd parties, such as amazon?
Yes, but we will not warranty or troubleshoot on any item, big or small. We understand that there are competitive prices online, but the quality can never be guaranteed. When you purchase pool equipment directly from us, we know the age and quality of the product. Our products come with factory warranties and unlimited resources to assist with troubleshooting down the line, should that be necessary.
+ How can I save money while keeping my pool clean?
The best way to save money without compromising quality is by using a variable speed pump and energy-efficient lights. These will drastically help cut down energy consumption. Additionally, knowing what time of day to run your pool pump can save a lot of money as SDG&E has “Peak,” “Off-peak,” and “Super off-peak” hours.
+ What is the best way to keep my pool water safe and clean between visits?
Pool Chemical Automated Systems are the best way to ensure clean, safe, and sanitary pool water all week long. These systems will help keep the pH and chlorine levels in constant balance by automatically monitoring and delivering just the right amount of chemicals.
+ Why is it important to clean my pool water filter?
Having a clean filter is crucial for pool sanitation. A dirty filter will restrict water flow, causing poor water circulation, promoting algae and bacteria growth, and decreasing water clarity. Filter cleans are typically needed two to three times a year.
+ How can I control my pool/spa from my phone?
To be able to control your pool or spa remotely, an Automated Control System is necessary. With an Automated Control System, products such as the ScreenLogic2 Interface by Pentair or iAquaLink by Yandy can be installed to control jets, heaters, lights, speakers, water features, run times, schedules, and more, remotely through an app.
